When you fit in an exercise in your already busy schedule.It is highly possible that you can skip the most important part and that is warming up.I believe you know or have heard stories,that you might injure yourself without a warm up,as a result it is imperative that you have a warm up.Without a warm up the body is liable to an injury and also your make your workout more difficult and may not attain your goal of fitness.It is of utmost importance to begin with a warm to make your body ready for the workout.
The warm up time should not take any of your exercise time for the day.You should enjoy your workout and the time limit on it should be 5 minutes at most to do what it is required to do.It is important to mix great moves to make your warm up and exercise enjoyable.It is a possibility that all your muscles will start moving as a result of a good warm up even if you are not working on any set of muscles on any particular day.It is important to warm up on any kind of exercise you are doing,whether it be cardiovascular exercise or lifting weights.
The warm up should be easy and not make you sweat,as it is a preparation for a work out.The warm up is to move the muscles so that they can be ready for a work out.A good warm up is doing things like jogging in place,jumping jacks,jumping rope and lunging.The warm up can also include stretching exercises in a variety of ways to stretch your muscles making them ready for a work out,although this might be good for cooling down.It will also be advisable to have exercise that work on balance and form to prepare you for a work out.
If you do not have enough time,you can even start warming up before you get to the gym.You can park as far away as possible so that you can have more time to walk,take stairs and not the elevator,slowly jog or power walk to the gym.In that way at least half of your warm up routine is already done when you get to the gym.Intensity is built by a good work out.To shed pounds and maintain healthy weight,this is the way to go.Therefore make sure you do not take the risk by injuring yourself by not warming up before a weight loss work out.Never skip a warm up no matter how tempting it is.
