How Important is Weight Loss

It is not many people that are happy with their weight loss.If you are happy with your weight loss,you are one of the few people that should be praised for having such a positive feeling and outlook about life and their weight .However it is still important to maintain your weight loss on regular bases to keep it at that.You will find that many people that are over weight are happy with their bodies.It is a fact that over weight is unhealthy, and we need to engage in weight loss activity to have a healthy weight.Due to weight being unhealthy we need to shed those pounds.

It is a well known fact that when you are over weight,you are at risk of many diseases.The number one disease that you can encounter when you are over weight is the heart disease,which can probably become a heart attack.Many heart attacks are deadly in that they can kill you instantly.The heart attack happens when your body put too much strain on the heart to pump blood.This causes the heart to be fatigued.The reason behind this is the over weight of the body,high cholestrol or high blood pressure.High cholestrol,high blood pressure levels along with heart disease can put you at a risk of a stroke.Strokes happens when the oxygen carrying blood cannot reach the brain.This happens because high cholestrol causes plague,the fatty deposits builds up in the walls of the arteries,therefore the plague disturbs the flow of blood.The blood cannot flow freely to the brains causing a stroke.The heart works extra hard to pump causing heart attack.

It has never been a good idea to be overweight.It is also a problem for women that want to fall pregnant too.The hormones in your body changes when you are overweight.If you do not get the right nutients you may find that the body does not produce the chemicals for the hormone responsible for ovulation or carrying a baby.If it happens you fall pregnant,the over weight can cause a miscourage or health problem for you and the baby.

Putting aside the health part of it.If you are overweight you also encounter problems in your daily life.Take for instance you want to purchase clothing,size and price is going to be a problem.You will need more material to make your clothing therefore the price will be high.You will also have problems with public transport as you will feel crowded in a seat made for smaller people.Visiting theme parks will also be problematic as you may not be able to have a ride on all of the rides.Therefore losing weight is always the best thing to do if you are overweight.Whether you are currently happy with you weight or not, it will be a smart decision to lose weight and maintain a normal and healthy weight.
