You do not have to lose weight, because of a rude remark, about your body and looks from someone.People are cruel,but everyone has a different body make up.If you are happy with your weight and it is within the normal range for someone of your age and height the do not lose weight.The chances are that the remark is stemming from other issues and not that you have to lose weight.Be happy with yourself and eat a healthy diet and you should not worry about weight loss.
