There is a problem with children getting fatter.These children need to get more aerobic exercise to alleviate this problem.The invention of computers,television and play stations and the fact that all the open spaces have been closed to make way for more homes leaves them with little or no exercise.The computers,television and play stations keep children indoors and there is no time to get physical activity.The open spaces that have been closed gives them little or no ground to play.This is absolutely no good for children.If children are not getting the aerobic exercise,they will be overweight and obese,as they get older.
